Shipping policy

Please read our COVID-19 Shipping Notice before placing an order.

 

Orders will not be fulfilled until full payment has been acknowledged by Botamedi Brain Health and Medical Care Company Limited.

  • HONG KONG
      • Flat rate of $35 HKD to all addresses.
      • Free shipping for orders of $500 HKD and above.
    • Hong Kong orders will be delivered by SF Express.
    • Generally, items will arrive within 3 working days after placing an order.
  • INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
    • International shipping is available to the following countries:
    • China, Japan, Macau, Philippines, Singapore, Spain, Taiwan, United Kingdom (UK), United States of America (USA).
    • We offer two shipping options, SpeedPost (faster) and e-Express (cheaper).
    • Click below to see average delivery times and shipping fees (HKD) for each option.
    • *China major areas: Guangdong Province, Beijing, Fuzhou, Hangzhou, Kunming, Shanghai, Tianjin, Wenzhou, Xiamen.
    • † USA: Excluding Minor Outlying Islands.
    • Items may be subject to Customs inspection and duty. The time required for customs clearance is not counted in the delivery standard. Sundays and public holidays are excluded. Tax and customs are not included in the shipping fee.
  • PROCESSING TIME
    • Orders are usually processed on the next business day from Monday to Friday and are shipped within 48 hours.
    • Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and days when Black Rainstorm Warning or Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted.
    • For orders made outside business days, items will be shipped out on the next business day.
    • If you have not received your item(s) within 21 days, contact us.
  • TRACKING
    • A tracking number will be sent to the customer's email once the order has been shipped. Track your order and see the estimated arrival date using the tracking number online. Please add admin@mannas.com.hk to your address book and check your spam folder.
    • To prevent unsuccessful delivery, please track your order regularly and ensure a person is present to receive your order.
  • STORE PICK-UP
    • In person collection is no longer available.
  • UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY
    • For items that are not successfully delivered due to wrong addresses provided by the customer, we will charge an additional reshipment fee of $35 HKD for orders shipped to Hong Kong addresses, or a fee determined by the courier for international orders.
    • Mannas™ Hong Kong is not liable for any loss, theft or delay of packages during shipping.
