Subscription Payment & Checkout

Subscription payments are made through a different payment gateway (Stripe), and the Checkout process for Subscriptions looks different from regular/one-time purchases.

  • Regular purchase vs. Subscription – Payment Methods
    • Subscription payments are made through a different payment gateway (Stripe) from regular/one-time purchases.
    • For Subscriptions, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Apple Pay.
  • Regular purchase vs. Subscription – Checkout Page
    • The checkout process looks different for Subscription and regular purchases.

    • (If you buy a Subscription together with a regular purchase, you will be directed to the Subscription Checkout.)
    • If you intended to purchase a Subscription but paid for a regular purchase by accident, please contact us so that we can update your Account with a new Subscription. You will be asked to re-enter your payment information.
  • Regular purchase vs. Subscription – Email Notifications
    • After purchasing a Subscription, you will receive 2 emails with the titles:
      1. “Confirmation of Mannas Subscription”
        Includes a link to Manage Subscriptions
      2. “Confirmation of your order MNxxxxxx”
        Contains payment and order details for your 1st delivery
    • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive another email with the subject “Your order has been shipped”.
  • Change payment method
    • Please go to:
    • Login > My Account - Manage Subscriptions > Billing information > Payment method: Update > enter credit card details > Update
  • Change billing address
    • Please go to:
    • Login > My Account - Manage Subscriptions > Billing information > Billing information - Edit > enter address > Save
  • Failed charges
    • If payment fails using your payment details, we will retry every 7 days, up to 4 times.
    • After 4 unsuccessful tries, your Subscription will be automatically cancelled, and a notification will be sent to your email.
      • To reactivate your Subscription with a new payment method, please go to:
      • Login > My Account - Manage Subscriptions > My Subscriptions > Reactivate
      • Please update your payment details here:
      • Login > My Account - Manage Subscriptions > Billing information > Payment method - Update > enter credit card details > Update
  • How do I check the records of past deliveries?
    • You can check the payment and shipping details of your past deliveries here:
    • Login > My Account > click order number

You can buy Regular Purchase purchases together with a Subscription purchase.
