Change Subscription Settings

You can change the order frequency, delivery schedule, shipping address or even skip a charge cycle by logging in to your Account.

  • Change Subscription settings
    • If you have purchased a Subscription, you will be able to see the Manage Subscriptions link at the top of the My Account page after you log in.
    • Login > My Account - Manage Subscriptions
    • Manage Subscriptions Link
    • If you purchased a Subscription but do not see the Manage Subscriptions link, please click here.
    • If you still cannot access your Subscriptions, please contact us.
  • Can I change my delivery address?
    • Yes. Please go to:
    • Login > My Account - Manage Subscriptions > Delivery schedule > Edit > Shipping: Edit
    • To change the shipping address for a single shipment, please contact us and do not change it on the Delivery schedule page.
  • Change product quantity
    • Please go to:
    • Login > My Account - Manage Subscriptions > Delivery schedule > Edit > Change product quantity > enter quantity > Save
  • Change payment method
    • Please go to:
    • Login > My Account - Manage Subscriptions > Billing information > Payment method: Update > enter credit card details > Update
  • Change product
    • To change the product for an existing Subscription, please contact us and provide your Account email address.
