Subscription Shipping Information

Where is my shipment?

An email with the subject “Your order has been shipped” will be sent to you once your items have been shipped. You can track your shipment using the tracking number included inside this email.

Shipping method

Hong Kong orders will be delivered by SF Express.

Generally, your items will arrive within 3 business days upon successful payment.

Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and days when Black Rainstorm Warning or Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted. For orders made outside business days, items will be shipped out on the next business day.


Unsuccessful delivery

For items that are unsuccessfully delivered due to wrong addresses provided by the customer, we will charge an additional reshipment fee of $35 HKD per shipment.

Mannas Hong Kong is not liable for any loss, theft or delay of packages during shipping.
